Welsh Folk Dancing

The Society is in the process of building up a group interested in Welsh folk dance. At present our numbers are somewhat limited and our our meetings somewhat sporadic. If you are interested in joining us please contact our chairperson Pamela Hiley on 23 22 14 33 (mobile 91 16 05 81) and she will be delighted to bring you up to date with our progress.

Roughly every other  year we get together with our Celtic bretheren from Ireland and Scotland and endevour to arrange a Twmpa or Ceiligh (depending on from where you come!).  These have been highly successful with between 200 and 300 enthusiasts dancing, singing and declaiming in a delightful setting on the outskirts of Oslo.
